Inappropriate Fair Shoes

Here is a list of three very common things in Belgium.

1. Street fairs.

2. Cobblestone streets.

3. Women in unbelievably uncomfortable footwear.

And how often do they all come together?  Very often.

Street fairs.  Not fancy street fairs.  Not prom.  Street fairs.

I have to hand it to these women, though.  It takes a fair amount of coordination to maneuver in shoes that tall.

Still, there may be hope for the future….
